Slow Life Gathering
Once a month I host a get together that bridges the human and the etheric. We activate the Vagal nerve through breath work, we activate the Pineal glad through touch and breath, and we spend time relearning the slow, personal asanas we knew so well as children. Then we eat homemade organic food and drink kombucha and wine and whatever we like while we jive about life and feel held in the light of connection. This gathering is a relational meditation, and increase in vibration, and a supportive chance to slow down and activate some deep evolutionary processes within yourself. Each month a new theme arrives to help us out at the helm of our growth, and each month we arrive ready to embody more of our own self-direction. That's it. So simple it's like nothing, but the best things always are.
